01. Premium Membership (View layouts)

The floor plans/layouts are available to premium members. If you are a premium member,a discount which equals the membership fee will be given to you upon plan purchase.

Membership costs NGN 50,000 . This gives you access to plans you wish to purchase. A discount of the membership fee (NGN 50,000) is given to you when you want to purchase a plan. In that case ,you lose nothing.
