  1. Hello,

    Beautiful design.
I have a plot of land. Can I fit this plan on a single plot of land? (50 ft by 100 ft)?

How many 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom flats will fit into a plot size of 750 m2, around residential area of Adeniran Ogunsanya Street Surulere and approvable by LASPPPA. How many floors are allowed. Your response is appreciated.
    Thanks,

One block of 6 units 2/3 bedroom flats will fit into that plot size. 2 floors is allowable in that area (ground and first floor). We assume the street is off Adeniran Ogunsanya.
If on the main Adeniran Ogunsanya street more than 2 floors is allowed but it’s mostly commercial and not residential. Regards.
